Progressing those who empower

Welcome! Remember in 2007 when “I like turtles,” was a viral video phenomenon?  Well its 16 years later and we still really like turtles!  Turtles no matter the distance, they keep going until they reach their destination and don’t let their slow pace discourage them.  Turtles symbolism include wisdom, longevity, and perseverance.  Here at Noz Health Ed (NHE) LLC, we believe we are experienced “turtles leading other turtles,” towards their destination in chronic disease management and community health.  Let us help you get from where you are to where you want to be! NHE has over 10,000+ hours of working, training and supervising Community Health Workers (CHWs), Public Health Educators, Daycare Workers, and clinical professionals that take care of those in need of asthma management. We provide all the tools, guidance, and support any institution needs to implement or manage an Asthma Education program. Asthma management is challenging. How many on your team can successfully lead their clients on the path towards asthma control?

Client Testimonials

Dr_edited.jpg

"I want to thank NHE, LLC and Linda Nozart, a.k.a. "Thee Asthma Lady," for guiding me throughout the years in asthma education techniques. Because of her coaching, I can deliver more comprehensive care to my patients by identifying barriers encountered by the patient in relations to asthma management. In addition, the resources provided by "Thee Asthma Lady"  have helped me improve my patient's outcomes empowering them to take control of their disease. As an Internal medicine physician, it is essential not only to prescribe asthma medications but also to understand the patient's concerns, make sure they know how and when to use their asthma medications, and recognize what triggers their asthma attack to avoid them. Therefore, I can say that the way I teach patients and internal medicine residents is how I learned it from Linda.
